Our proud tradition over the years has been to treat those visiting our dealership as if they were “honored guests” in our own homes. This special kind of “guest service” has set us apart from the competition and our entire team at Carolina Coach takes great pride in this tradition. Our guests have always been and will continue to be our top priority!

Our hearts and prayers go out to those affected by the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are closely watching the evolving situation and taking the appropriate actions for our business. We understand it is imperative that we do all we can to prevent the spread of the virus. Over recent days, we have escalated the cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of the dealership facility and have provided our Team Members with added procedures and precautions to serve our guests as safely as possible. We will continue to evaluate our operating procedures and adjust accordingly as we learn more about the prevention and treatment of the virus. We will respond quickly to any emerging situation, in proactive partnership with local and national health authorities.

Some details… our facility is being treated multiple times daily with sanitation and disinfecting products for all areas physically used by guests, as well as team members; i.e. bathroom facilities, desks, tables and chairs, door handles, telephones, touch screen monitors, keyboards, vehicle interiors, etc.
